After graduating from Siegel High School, Karter continued his education at Motlow State Community College, where he developed valuable skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Karter's love for serving the community led him to volunteer at nearby food banks, animal shelters, and providing care packages to the homeless.
His passion for helping others, combined with his keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills, make him a natural fit for the real estate industry.

When Karter is away from work, he loves exploring Tennessee State Parks and relaxing in the cabin life in the Great Smoky Mountains.
